Transformer is one of the most important components in the electrical distribution system. Transformers are expected to be able to work optimally for 24 hours in 7 days, therefore the Transformer unit must be free from problems. To provide these needs, we offer the most complete Transformer Assessment package, to ensure that transformers can work optimally.
Transformer maintenance activities are carried out to keep the transformer functioning properly. These activities will be recorded as documentation for each transformer unit. Periodic checks (yearly) are necessary to detect early if there is initial damage.
Transformers have an operational life ranging up to 40 years and have a high investment value. One of the challenges for device with a long lifespan is the refurbishment of these components. Therefore, refurbished is the right solution for your transformer rejuvenation. We support the refurbishment of transformers of all brands with a capacity up to 7500 kVA.
Activity of checking the quality of oil parameters on transformers. Paramater quality check includes: Color & Appearance, Flash Point PMCC, Dielectric Dissipation Factor & Resistivity @90 C, Moisture or Water Content, Neutralization / Total Acidity, Interfacial Tension, Breakdown Voltage, Sediment & Sludge, OQIN (Oil Quality Index Number), Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA), Furan Analysis, Corrosive Sulphur, Inhibitor Content, Metal in Oil.
